TBL Fund facilitates projects that will increase properties’ energy efficiency, health and safety, and resiliency. Supported measures can include high-efficiency HVAC, LED lighting, insulation and air sealing, building shell improvements, and solar energy and battery storage. This enables property owners to extend the lifetime of their properties; reduce energy costs for themselves and their tenants; and improve the overall health, safety, and comfort of each tenant’s home.
TBL Fund works with various implementation partners to offer a turnkey approach that makes the process from project idea to completion simple and hassle-free for our customers. Our team can help with:
- Outreach: Targeted emails, phone calls, and one-on-one meetings to engage property owners and managers.
- Technical Assistance: Customer service and technical assistance to help multifamily and nonprofit property owners/managers choose optimal work scopes for their green projects.
- Assessment: Assessing the property’s baseline technologies and energy savings potential, and using that information to inform our technical assistance offerings.
- Financial Assistance: Helping multifamily owners/managers identify all applicable funding sources—including grants, tax credits, and government rebates—to offset their project costs and reduce the financing required from TBL Fund.
- Implementation: Helping owners and managers select and sign contracts with the installation contractors and oversee the quality of their work to ensure correct installation and functioning of the green solutions installed.
